At Wake Up Call Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all equipment and non-perishable items. Please note that due to the fresh nature of our beans, roasted coffee is generally non-returnable but eligible for replacement if quality issues occur.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our brewing experts at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return request.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included.
- 3.Ship Item Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
